to school on Thursday, April 11, 2024.
Further information as to when classes will resume will go out tomorrow.
Stay safe Bearcats!

After monitoring the National Weather Service and speaking with local Emergency Management officials, it is forecasted for our area to be in a level 4 (moderate risk to severe weather) category. The Forest Municipal School District (FMSD) will be closed Wednesday, April 10, 2024. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Stay dry and be safe, Bearcats

Forest Elementary School received an email on Friday evening informing us the Solar Eclipse Viewing Eyewear (purchased by the school) was not certified by the Astronomical Society as claimed by the vendor. Therefore, out of an abundance of caution, we have canceled the outdoor viewing of the Solar Eclipse and will instead provide a live view in each classroom. If you would like to visit FES during the eclipse and accompany your child outside with eyewear provided by you, we will be more than happy to accommodate these parents. We apologize for the cancellation, but the safety of our students is of utmost importance. Thanks for understanding.

Noah Legend Hunt and Aubree Mc. have done it again!
Congratulations, Noah and Aubree, for being the Top Readers in Mrs. Tillman's Kindergarten class!
